Walked in for lunch with friends, have 3 empty tables but 2 of the tables haven't been cleared yet. We sat by the tree, notice bird droppings on the seat, let the waitress know and she cleared it fast. We requested for a change of seat as there are 5 of us and they already cleared the longer tables for six. The food are good but not the services, they give us the food but not the utensils. We ended up going to the utensils container to take own utensils. Although the place have high ceilings, the air circulation is very bad, on off will have waves of heat, it's hot and humid even with air conditioning and fans. Some customers placed their sports shoes openly on the chair and not very pleasant smell surround that area. Was shocked when going to make payment, the bill are bout RM330++. Requested for a print out receipt to check only to realised some are not our orders. After deduct those, out bill are RM200++. The person did not apologise or try to appease customer, like the staff are used to it already. Does this mean that previous customer didn't pay for their bills or the staff just play dumb? Really bad experience and I even bring my friends, not a very good...

I am very disappointed with the service and the drop in quality.

I brought my parents to get their favorite healthy food, but every time we come here, the food is always served late to someone at our table.

We placed our order at 6:48pm, and by the time all of us had finished dinner, my mom's food still hadn’t arrived. It finally came at 7:20pm. (Please refer to the screenshot for proof.)

The staff never informed us that the food would be delayed. We had to ask, and only then did they tell us that the vegetables were out of stock, so they had to cook a new batch. Shouldn’t they start preparing more when they see it’s running low?

And after all that waiting, what we got was salty fish and cold cauliflower, with a small portion. The staff didn’t even apologize.

Also, I forgot to mention—one of my family members finally got their meal after waiting so long, only to find that the scrambled egg was missing. That’s okay, mistakes happen. But when we told your staff, he didn’t even acknowledge the mistake. He just checked the order, handed us a scrambled egg, and that was it. What kind of...

I’m really disappointed with my order. I got a poke bowl with barramundi, but the portion was ridiculously small—literally two or three bites and it was gone. For a restaurant that claims to be healthy, this is just misleading. I expected a proper serving of protein, but instead, the bowl was packed with grains, making it way too carb-heavy to be considered balanced.

For RM50 (including delivery), this was a complete rip-off. The taste? Just okay—something anyone can make at home for a fraction of the price. And the biggest joke? I paid RM6 extra for avocado, and what I got was a few tiny, sad pieces.

If you’re going to market yourself as a healthy food restaurant, then at least make sure the portions are actually balanced and worth the price. This was disappointing, overpriced, and not...

If you are in Johor, you have to go to Shaka! This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions. Atmosphere is chill and cool. Menu is extensive. It can be slightly pricey but worth it. The young founder, Jerlene is not only beautiful but also extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Food is pretty good, I recommend to everyone. I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal. The Signature Poké Bowl is perfect for a quick and easy lunch. My first time and I loved it. So fresh tasting. The Mango Smoothie Bowl is a must try! Love those coolers too ! They actually do make you feel ALIVE ! The crispy Nori Taco really make me drooling and must give this dish a try too! Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come back 😄
