Ordered the RM25 bowl of dry kuay teow delight which had abalone, scallops, baby prawns and a generous serving of fried pork lard and minced meat. As a Singaporean, IMHO it is value for money because of current exchange rate but I dare say that for locals, it will be a rather pricey affair. Unlike our Singapore style dry when we ask for spicy, it is usually served premixed with the stall’s special sambal mixture. Here however, it is up to us to add the condiments available on each table … i.e. the chilli sauce, the pepper, the vinegar, light soya sauce and dark soya sauce. Although a novel idea, I still feel that they should do the mixing for us. Also ordered the little fried snacks which were a little tired looking and tasting and cost a wasteful RM21. However, the kopiC kosong with ice was really “kow” and better than any I have had on both sides of the causeway…. it was super fabulous. Overall, it was a nice enough lunch and worthy of another visit where next time round, I will just order the normal dry kuay teow which is only RM10, my favorite iced kopiC kosong and skip those fried snacks...

Anyway, we’ll patronise this shop again since it is the only place to get a decent Lao Tee kueh teow...
Read moreHeard so much about this place from a food blog. Came here a few times and it has been close.finally managed to try the food this time round. Just an advise, prepare to wait as i waited close to 20mins before I was served. The small portion was really indeed small, barely a few mouthful of noodles. But have to say this noodle does have the 古早味。its basically noodle tossed in lard oil. It comes with small shrimps, fishball, meatball as well as minced pork. If you prefer spicy, can add on the chilli sauce. However all, its pretty not bad to me. It seems to popular with the...
