Most of the time when i go to starbucks i insists on purchasing the beloved me is ice cream, cake and many more. It has amazing taste. The place serves delicious food that makes you craving for more. The food is served fast and the staff are also very polite. The ice coffee was cold, awesome and good value. But the price is expensive. But reasonable price. Please come here and try their foods. And lot of dishes.

I just visit this outlet with my friends, we was discussing during order and once I order for one drink and not yet ask for the detail such as sugar level, ice level and topping, the staff directly make the drinks and not allow us to customize the drink at all.... The experience was very bad and make us dissapointed. The staff didnt professional at all.....

Kalau ini mentaliti staff di starbucks kluang mall. Your manager better take a look on this matter. Saya tak rasa waktu yg saya beli ni orang tengah beratur panjang sampai luar kedai. But please take note on your staff punya greeting and behavior di pagi hari sabtu yang orang akan memang ramai masuk. Thanks.

One of the "so,, so" starbucks coffeeshop in Malaysia. The service is so average until you do not feel like in the so called Seattle based famous coffeeshop. of course the coffee n other drinks are pretty standard but the atmosphere is lost. There is opportunity for improvement in services...inject in the warm, close and friendly service...if i am the manager, i will remember all the frequent customers name and their respective personality plus their flavour or liking of the drinks to improve the Starbucks...
