Poor Service: Upon entering your establishment, I was not greeted by any staff or offered a table. Additionally, the QR code ordering system was not provided. This resulted in inconvenience and an unpleasant dining experience.

Excessive Wait Times for Orders: Despite a relatively low number of customers in the restaurant, I spent an unreasonably long time waiting for my order. Such wait times are well beyond what is considered acceptable.

Staff Attitude: I found the attitude of your staff to be unfriendly,not focus on job and at times, it seemed they were in a rush to finish their duties.

order 4 plates of sushi but have been waiting for more than 40mins. i tot i have ordered 40 plates. oso, u guys taking more than 10mins to prepare a plate of sushi????? only 3-4 types of sushi on the conveyor belt, and nvr add on new one staff attitude definitely need to be improved. hw u guys train the staff? salmon always not available during lunch peak wait to be seated but no one is servicing us. only few mins ltr a female staff asked us to occupy any blank table on our own no sauce plate and pencil on the table, its fine coz i could call the staff to provide. but it was soo difficult to call ur staff, 2-3 ppl stand at the back and no one come to front. fine, but the sauce plates provides by waiter were ALL DIRTY

Should be the largest sushi restaurant in Batu Pahat, with very long food conveyor belt. Nice environment. Quite crowded but fast service.

The only issue, got lots of improvement for its cleanliness level. Lots of UFO (flies) flying inside this big Japanese Sushi restaurant. No wonder graded "B" for by city council.

Added comments visit during Jul 2023, this Japanese restaurant should play some Japanese music instead of loud heavy metal song!...
