Cashier agak sombong bila bercakap dengan customer. Dia bagi produk yang ada label sticker tercabut / tertanggal. Buat customer rasa was2 nak beli Bila tanya, dia kata kek tu expired lagi 5 hari. Terpaksa minta dia tampal semula sticker lain untuk expiry date. Tu pun macam nak tak nak je buat. Sebab tak offer ganti dengan kek lain yang sama jenis. Tak pasti macam mana SOP Bakers Cottage buat labelling untuk jual produk pada customer.

It has been a long time since I last went to Baker's Cottage Bandar Seri Putra; Here, they have the best egg tarts (Portuguese Egg Tart) I've ever tried. I've also bought some other pastries here, and those were good.

The whole, butterflied roast chicken promotion is also one of those I liked about this outlet; at RM11.99 (back then, it was priced at RM9.90), it was a good deal. Offered in two choice of flavours (BBQ and Black Pepper), I personally prefer BBQ flavour. Haven't bought the cakes here, though, so I can't comment about it.

In terms of service, however, I think it needs a little bit of improvement. Still, it was a favourable experience...

First time coming here because they offer promotion during the fasting month of Ramadan. RM9.90 for a whole roasted chicken if I'm not mistaken. These days price is still good at RM11.90. Other than the chicken, I had the opportunity to enjoy the chicken (with mushroom I believe) pie and also the egg tart. Omg I love both of them. I'm very particular about the puff of pastries so this place really make...
