I had such a pleasant experience at this place . From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and calm, with a clean and cozy interior that makes it a nice place to relax or catch up with friends. The staff were attentive, polite, and quick to prepare my order, which I really appreciate.

I ordered the Oolong Peach Milk Tea , and it completely exceeded my expectations. The flavor was rich and smooth, not too sweet, and you can really taste the quality of the tea. I also tried their Da Hong Pao Milk Tea , which was equally delicious and refreshing. One thing I love about this shop is their consistency — every time I visit, the drinks taste just as good as the first time.

The presentation and packaging also stand out; it feels premium and thoughtful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Prices are fair for the quality you get, and the variety on the menu ensures there’s always something new to try.

Overall, this has become one of my favorite spots for drinks. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys high-quality beverages with great service. I’ll absolutely be coming back...

2⭐️ for the experience. the staff (the girls only) is not professional enough. ordered a frappe drink & the staf mengeluh (in front of me) to each other bcs they have to do the frappe order. + i dont know the “snowy frappe” drink is included with the whipped cream so i request to exclude the whipped cream kalau boleh but then i got laughed at because the “snowy” tu lah actually is the whipped cream. im sorry but i feel a bit offended bcs ive been to many chagee franchise and the service is really good & this one is a bit bad. but isokay, the drink was good,...

There were 4 employees working, but none seemed to know what they were doing. I placed my order at 15:09pm and only received it at 15:45pm. My order (11019) was skipped while others were processed. The store wasn’t busy, and there weren’t many delivery orders. After waiting for over 20 minutes, I asked about my order and was told the tea was still brewing. In the end, I waited more than 40 minutes for my drink! Really...
