I visited KFC Kajang after a decade and was left disappointed by my experience within just an hour. Here’s what happened:
None of the KFC staff informed us that there was no ice available. When my sister approached the counter to mention that our Coke wasn't cold, the manager responded rudely, saying, "Oh no, what else do customers want to complain about?"—as if they were expecting complaints. They simply stated they had no ice, without offering an apology, and did so in a rude manner. I noticed the supervisor seemed more interested in serving a group of Indian customers who appeared to be his relatives. He gave them his full attention, neglecting other customers until their order was 100% complete. They continued chatting until both I and another customer (a Chinese gentleman) had to raise our voices to get service.
I strongly suggest replacing the Indian supervisor at this location because: He lacks responsibility. He makes mistakes without apologizing. He prioritizes talking to his relatives over serving customers.
Due to this unpleasant experience, it will be my last visit to this KFC branch. For a better experience, I recommend visiting the KFC at Metro...
Read moreBack to 2024 November, I order through kfc delivery apps, the delivery came but there are missing one set meals, I paid the delivery fees and yet I still need properly go to the outlet and request for the missing set. Because I call the outlet, but no one pick up.
When I reached the kfc, I saw the Malay man manager who wearing black shirt walk around and he noticed me. But he dint come to me. I stand at there because others staff are busy packing foods almost 10minutes no one come to me. After they done packing foods and I request for my missing meals set.
The staff apologised to me.
Poor service attitude from the manager. I dint saw his name. Yet, I will complain him. I am busy to doing my job, so I ordered through the apps, the things is the delivery dint come completed set, and poor service attitude from this outlet.
This is not first time the mistake they always did for delivery service in kfc apps. Too bad, the delivery outlet from the apps cannot be choose or change like grab apps. I wont order through this outlet again.
At last, I spend my another 30mins to come out and to claim back the meals that suppose have in my delivery.

It’s not the first outlet that I keep seeing KFC just closing off the order on screen and making it look it’s been completed within seconds but in reality they take 10-15mins at the least to give out your order. KFC, If your SLA’s are being met on average handling time from this outlet is pure lying and cheating by your staff by closing it off as though they have met their KPI’s.
