Ambiance is fine but the most important part is service. Staff have no experience at all theres only one barista but when I came theres only one staff and we ordered drinks to takeaway (2 matcha, 1 latte) and the staff say he’s new staff and he don’t know how to make our drinks and he say the only barista went out and go find their boss. First thing came to my mind is why the only experience staff can walk out anytime during working hours and left a new staff alone in the shop let customers wait. Their food is delicious. Environment is nice and comfortable. Week point is their no experience staff. Didn't take attention with customer. Didn't clean the dirty table dirty. Request for water many times, lastly need take by ownself at counter. Send wrong our foods to another table while the whole restaurant just have 2 tables of customer. Comfy & breezy outdoor canopy seats in the evening. Great quiet place to wind down with furkid.

Reserve & pre-order meals one day earlier to minimize waiting time. Service crews were friendly & helpful.

Delighted by the thin crushed pizza (lightly seasoned, 2 pax portion) & hot chocolate (lightly sweetened).

A quick go with in house/ organic products too.
