I went to Mykori Kajang and encountered a customer who didn’t check the order number and took mine by mistake. We ordered the same flavor, but I ordered a mini (No. 3) and he ordered a large (No. 4). When the screen showed No. 3, he went straight up, took it, and started eating. I had gone to the restroom, and when I came back, I found my order had already been taken.
The staff took the small one back into the kitchen and did make a new one, but what bothered me was the process. They took the old bowl inside before the new one was ready. As a customer, I have no way of knowing whether the one eventually given to me was truly new, or just the original one with the eaten parts removed.
Put yourself in this situation—if you found a hair or a cockroach in your food, and the staff took it away, then brought another one out, would you truly believe they made a new one? Or would you wonder if they just removed the problem and handed the same food back?
In the service industry, customer peace of mind is so important. Even if a new bowl was indeed made, they should have left the old one in place and only removed it after the new one was prepared. Read moreMy first time coming here after so long. They recently redesigned their shop hence looking lovely. The food is good but definitely overpriced. But the thing is I won’t complain about the price much since its small matter as long as the food is good, but unfortunately your service is terribly bad. You guys definitely short of staffs hence the reason why the staffs look tired and can’t deliver good service to customers. The same girl was the one who take orders, prepared food, serve the food on the counter and she also was the one who cleans the table. Customers have to wait sooooo frigin long to order. The family ahead of me had to find different place to eat since it took ages for the staffs to attend them.
Tables were left unclean for quite a while, only the staff cleanup when many people starts to come in to get seated. Also, its a korean kind of cafe, why wont the owner provide chopsticks?? Small but important matter to look through. Totally can’t blame the staffs since they’re short handed. To owner, a piece of advice, if you can’t improve your service, I won’t think people would be coming in the future eventho you guys refurbished the shop to look better. Please take mine and others advice here...
