OLDTOWN White Coffee Metro Point — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

I am very disappointed with the service and the food portions and items in the food. I am okay if the food price increased but the food should be high quality and accommodate customer wish and requirements. My husband ordered Chee cheong fun and request for extra sesame seed but the staffs said unable to give because of the portion is set like that. What the purpose of having restaurant if you can't entertain customer's choice. And I ordered DN1 BBQ Chicken & Fried Wantan Dry Egg Noodles but the chicken portion is very small and some of it only fat 😣. It's better to order from vending machine because we know you can't have extra from we have chosen. The taste of food is lowered after the price increased. No wonder the restaurant is empty on weekend. Next time I would not choose here to come here 👎...

Noodles are overcooked and portion is rather small with basic and few toppings. Curry broth is still pretty good though. Service desperately needs improvement. Saw couple of tables with wrong orders and despite a customer asking for utensils twice, he ends up got up and fetch it himself. Felt unwelcome as the staff just stand and stares blankly. Except for the friendly manager worth 1 star. Drink is just decent. Overall pricey and not worth the food quality...

Worst service ever. Why you people hiring staff/worker who shows sulky face to the customer? Prices like first class restaurant but services equal to warung kopi. I ordered meal with my wife and after it was served I thanked her but no response. After ate, went to the counter and told her that I paid through online banking.
