I recently visited Yummy Seafood Restaurant, located right in Kajang Town, and my overall dining experience was good. While it’s not the biggest or fanciest seafood restaurant around, it has its own charm and offers a satisfying meal for those who enjoy hearty Chinese-style seafood dishes.
The staff were quite friendly, attending to us with patience and helpfulness. They were quick to take our orders and efficient when serving the dishes. Even though it was a busy period during our visit, they still managed to handle everything smoothly, which added to the pleasant experience.
In terms of environment, the restaurant is not very spacious, but it’s still comfortable enough for a casual meal with family or friends. The tables are arranged reasonably well, and the place is kept fairly clean. If you’re looking for a cozy, no-frills seafood spot, this fits the bill.
Moving on to the food, we ordered a few signature seafood dishes along with some side dishes. The portion sizes were decent, enough to share among the group. The taste was generally okay, though I found the flavors leaning towards the stronger and saltier side. It might suit those who enjoy bold flavors, but personally, I would have preferred a lighter touch to allow the natural sweetness of the seafood to shine through. That being said, the food was still enjoyable, especially when paired with rice.
As for the price, I found it to be reasonable for a seafood restaurant in Kajang Town. The portions and variety offered were fair for what we paid, so no complaints in that regard.
Overall, Yummy Seafood Restaurant is a good choice if you’re around Kajang and craving seafood in a casual, comfortable setting. While there’s room for improvement in balancing the flavors, the friendly service and fair pricing make it...

Hokkien Fried Pan Mee came in a big portion with lots of pork lard. However the Pan Mee may not be the best noodle...
