Na Sook Thai Kitchen Kajang — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

Not following SOP! quite some customers walk in without mask nor scan mysejahtera. and the waiters and waitresses didnt do anything about it. 😡

table cloth not too clean, can see some small insects crawling on it (flying insects, so might just be the insects just flew passed.) 😨

environment quite nice, can imagine the beautiful sight when the pond is full of blooming flowers. 😍

washroom very clean and have AC 😂

relative reccomended their clear tomyum, but it was not up to the level when we were there. not reccomended.❌

beef rendang was alright, im not a big fan but some of my family like it a lot.

both the egg fried shrimp and egg fried herb(?)香叶 was very very very greasy, not reccomended. ❌

deep fried kangkung is fine, but highly recommended because if the dipping sauce. there are meat in the dipping sauce! super flavorful! i would just order this for the dip! must try! 👍

grill sotong was alright.

👍👍👍 sticky rice is super nice! the sticky rice is cooked to perfection and the santan is not too sweet. u can go to the drinks counter to ask for more santan 😉

dont get me wrong, i absolutely love na sook.... but not this outlet. i started eating at na sook semenyih about 8-10 years ago and seen how they expand their business. added air cond, renovated, took over the shop next door and finally they took over from awet thai in sg. chua few years back. the lady boss is a nice person and always asked for feedback on their food. but that was na sook semenyih and their sg. chua outlet is a big let down. this is not the first time they disappoint with their food but it got outrageous. we went in a group of 6 persons and ordered about 10 dishes. the tom yum was so salty we had to asked the waitress to change it. they just added more water and returned it. the sweet sour crab cost rm244 and the problem was....... there's no meat....imagine staring into an empty crab pincer..... they were starved to badly.... the money we paid was for the shell i guess. the fish was overly fried causing the meat to be leathery.... if you guys are looking for good thai food, please go to their their original shop in semenyih....

Food was below expectation. We ordered the pineapple fried rice which was not served ina pineapple. The rice did not taste fragrant hence was a let down. The green curry chicken was also below par. It seems to jave something missing hence was not as tasty as what I have had before. The only saving grace was the pandan chicken and the paku. The restaurant ran out of pandan water hence had no choice but to order drinks. The coconut that I had was not cold hence another minus point.

Service was good with the waiter and waitresses putting forth a cheeful attitude.

Parking was easy and there are Rela members onsite to assist which...
