I've been there for a few times years before. It has always been one of my usual spots for regular lunch and dinner. It would be quite hard to find a parking there during lunch hours, and you will need to pay for the fees.
I ordered a plate of butter chicken rice which I guess is one of the signatures, and the portion is considerably big, pretty filling for people who need to eat a lot. And with that portion, it is priced at RM 7.90 which it's considerably cheap. It's just normal for its taste.
The environment is just so-so. Comfortable with the air-conditioning and some songs playing.
They do practice social distancing and sanitising frequently during RMCO periods. However extended sections were closed, which means seats available were limited.
In terms of payment methods, other than cash, e-wallets accepted there are TnG e-wallet and Boost. No extra service charges were charged.

Before the food came, the chinese lady came and asked for bill, fair enough we paid , she then told us they closed at 9.30pm, so? What does she expect ? We asked , so should we take away? She replied "up to you". The food came at 9.17pm. We started eating, 9.25pm, they packed up , turn off the lights and aircond, while we still eating . Is this the way treating your customer? If you cant wait for your customer, you shouldn't accept dine in customer anymore at the first place! Very poor service. Food taste so so, not...
