McDonald's Amanjaya DT — Restaurant in Kedah

I am not a fan of MCD so I really seldom visited any MCD restaurant. Once in the past, I visited cmart branch to have my chocolate blended and cake order via the self-service machine but then I mistakenly choose "dine in" instead of "take away" because I am really not familiar with machine order. The staff prepared cake on a plate, then I was surprised and i think staff could read from my response and asked me if i actually wanted to take away. They patiently told me that there is an option for take away during checkout in machine's order. Only then I knew. So this time due to the boycott, I visited the restaurant again to support the staffs so that they won't lose their jobs. And pls anyone who have no conflicts with recent issues can visit this restaurant to help the staffs...

This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The service is excellent; as soon as you push the door open, a staff member greets you with a smile and warmth. The environment is very clean and pleasant, and the employees are responsible and diligent in maintaining cleanliness. The air conditioning is cool enough, and when it comes to the food, you can also feel that the staff put effort into preparing it, unlike some other branches I’ve visited where the food was prepared carelessly and the staff were noisy and disruptive. After dining here and leaving, the staff even say goodbye. I will definitely come back to this McDonald’s again. Keep up the good...

I went to the outlets last night (24/9/25) i ordered double spicy cheese burger and big mac and ala carte fried chicken..when i reached at home i noticed that i didnt receive the double spicy cheese burger, i only received the sides and drink but not the burger..and theres no receipt i received from the order machine and i paid using debit card and still no receipt i received from the machine.😡what is goin on at...
