A people's choice for delicious and a variety of dishes/cuisine selection to choose from.. For only RM 4.50 to RM5.00 per bungkus you get a generous portion of rice and a large piece of fried chicken (the favourite among patrons) coupled with mixture of different cuisine ala sumatera dishes. Surely is more than you might bargain for. Fried chicken is one of the best selling dishes while the other cuisine/dished/lauk is not too bad.
Only turn down to this popular eatry spot though is , if you are planning to have lunch there at peak hour, prepare for long 3 lane ques and you would possibly have to wait to be seated.
If you would like to avoid long ques then visiting the place at 4 pm would be the right time, but then again there's not too much cuisine to choose from , just the basic fried chicken and whatever left from lunch hour rush. The place usually closes its main business at 5 pm ,leaving the rest of the time to drinks and snacks such as keropok.
If you are looking to fill your stomach on a thight budget, this would be the place .... the lines go as fast as they come . If i'm looking to really fill my stomach on delicious food and not hurt my wallet, this would be the place. Long lines or no long lines..
NOTE..Not a fancy eatry spot but the service is o.k, just that sometimes the tables couldnt be prepared fast enough for the next customer so expect to share tables eating with complete strangers or groups..well if you are there for the food, then this...

Dine-in customers get the same takeaways paper packing. Selected a fried chicken & fried egg, cucumber slices come standard with mixture of curry gravies. The fried chicken is really tasty, spices aroma fills your mouth with every bite.
It isn't dry, still soft inside & juicy enough. Gravy mixture on the rice elevates the taste. This is among the best I've tasted. Teh tarik is really good, tea aroma is present. Table service is fast & efficient.
Restaurant is comfortable to dine in since the chicken frying is done in a makeshift structure beside the restaurant. Clean tables & cutleries....
Read moreThe rice is delicious. But the PIC is not friendly. Just ordered plain rice but she already put chicken and gravy together, then tie it and give to customer meanwhile customer haven't decide what is the dish they want. When customer take a look to add another dish, she ask with a bit arrogant sound "so you want this or not?" like really aunt? There's no one after us and we are the only customer queueing so why so rushing?? I am disappointed, come here want to eat and pay with money not pay with saliva to deserve the bad service. Come back to hometown because want to eat delicious foods but got this bad service instead, very bad experience and spoil my mood. Please fix your attitude. I know you tired but don't do customer like that. It's your job to serve customer as long as the customer didn't...
