(THE GOOD, PLEASE RETAIN) FOOD - Roti Ayang is the signature dish ala roti titab of Kopitiam Kita, the difference is the rebrand, it is well deserving the hearts and joys from customers kesayangan. The variety of food is top notch. You have nasi kerabu, nasi berlauk from different suppliers, kuih muih, nasi himpit, what you want from a perfect Kelantanese breakfast set, you got it. And that's why we people love it. The 'love' vibe. The price, sometimes you can get discount.

(IMPROVEMENT NEEDED) PAYMENT - Suggesting proper management to settle customers payment, rather than customers waiting extended time just to get served for payment. The trend of crowding customers during weekends/holiday needs to be followed up by the management; please reserve at least ONE fixed worker to stand by at payment counter. Current situation is, one or two personas are in mobility going to to all tables to attend customers payment. Now that popular cafes in Kota Bharu are opting e-payment, it is good to have this option. SERVING - The lady owner used to be friendly to all customers, but now that it gains more popularity, it is downtrending to her only chosing THE CHOSEN ONE, ie Datuks, Tan Sris or somebody-known to be her top priority. In spite of the double standard, in good days or if you are lucky, she can give you a fair amount of discount too. SPACE - Crowdedness may trigger discomfort to customers who need to abide by social distancing...

My first time here today as the neverending MCOs keep on putting literally everything on hold. Alhamdulillah we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel ❤. We went there at 7:30 am and most of the patrons were the office workers having breakfast before they start their day. A wide range of typical Kelantanese dishes which include Nasi Tumpang, Nasi Belauk,Nasi Kerabu, Laksam, Laksa. That includes a selection of traditional desserts as well. Their signature dishes ( just to name a few) such as Roti Titab, Roti Kosong with Condensed Milk Dip ( my childhood's comfort food)is a must try. Nasi Lemak , Tauhu Bergedil are also available , which may cater to Non Kelantanese. Service was SUPERFAST....from taking our orders to paying , as you just have to call them to your table and they will do all the countings for you....based on the dishes. You don't have to say a word....IMPRESSIVE and VERY CONVENIENT. Cold and Warm water are readily available from the water dispenser and they are FOC. Will definitely repeat and recommend this to my family and friends. 2...

This is my second time visit Ayang Cafe but my family & I were upset with their service. The foods was great but the service from their waiters were bad. My family & I waiting to order drinks since I got table and called waiters for more than 5 times but there is no one attend us and my mom even went to order drinks by herself at the counter but they asked us to wait and we waited almost 15-20 mins just to order drinks for our breakfast. My family & I understood the situation which is school holidays & the place were crowded with people but our table located near to the drinks counter but again no waiters attend us eventhough we call them few times until we finished eating our breakfast. They even take order from new walk in customer and ignore my call. Ayang cafe you must upgrade your system & your workers need to be more alert especially when the school holiday...
