Hotel Bintang Indah — Hotel in Kelantan

Stayed for 1 night. We got Level M room no. 005. The room and bathroom is spacious. Kiblat direction provided and has plenty of space to pray. It has iron board and instruction as well. Very near Nasi Lemak Dusun Muda and KB Mall. Bathroom is clean and water heater functions well. Soap provided but it seem the dispenser got stuck. Big mirror for getting ready.

Cons mosquitos everywhere! from outside of the room door and inside the room, luckily I bring my mosquito repellent. Light is very dim, might consider to change to brighter one. But luckily the room has window. But still it's quite dim. Filtered water provided in the room. but we don't drink it as we don't know its clean or not. We prefer...

Had to book for last minute stay. Paid rm160 for a room with 2 double bed. Room and hotel is decent but can get better with same price. We stayed bcs got no water supply at our family home. Then the hotel also got no water. We were out from 9am to 10 pm. Nobody call to inform about the issue. Had to find out ourself when we had to use the shower. Asked reception and they said water supply will resume at 11pm and offer 4 7L mineral water for 4 adults who hasnt showered the whole day. And 11pm also cannot guarantee water will be back. Asked to refund but refuse bc management rule. Poor so poor....
