Waited a solid 30 minutes only to be told my tea was still "in preparation"—along with 34 other pending orders. Even the five delivery riders looked like they were growing roots while waiting.

Tried to cancel the order, and was met with a masterclass in indifference. Staff were either too busy ignoring or just didn’t care. After three phone calls with the area manager (yes, three), it magically took 10 seconds to process my refund—once someone finally bothered to give an instruction.

The parking here is extremely hard to get. I went once on 11/11 (I wasn't aware they had the Big Cup Event) and it was insanely packed with food delivey riders. So I didn't manage to buy as the person told me I had to wait for at least an hour. The next visit, there wasnt much people. I do find their prices quite expensive for milk tea but keep in mind that its 700ml. Only one size is available and there are no toppings.
