ZUS Coffee - Bukit Tinggi 2, Klang — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

I quickly notice the strong, fragrant aroma of coffee eventhough it is not an open concept cafe. 👍🏻 There were many unique drinks to choose from and they give you a discount for first timers if you download their app. I ordered the honey macchiato himalayan salt with whipped cream. The prices were reasonable👍🏻 the drink is very sweet! So make sure you guys stirred it first. I only got a hint of salt flavour on the first sip but no more after a few sips. Quite a letdown because i wanted to appreciate all salty, sweet and bitter flavour until the last sip. As for service, it was quite awkward. I'm the only who ordered at the counter but the cashier kelam kabut, she didn't properly greet me😅😅 i asked for recommendation but i don't think she hears me because she was doing other stuff. She didn't gave my receipt until I asked the other staff that was at the pickup counter. For service it was 4/5 for me. There's no reason to not he attentive because it's not rush hour (it was around 12.30pm ish) and i'm literally the only person there at that time lol.

But Yeah.. I'll give it a pass because i like the drink and the ambiance.

So definitely recommended to check out zus coffee for coffee lovers. There's alot of drinks for non-coffee fans too. Didn't try the food but it looks very good...

9th Mac - Bought my usual ice zero oatmilk latte , reached home n drink a sip, it tasted soooo bad not oatmilk but cow’s milk??? with no coffee flavour. The consistency really wasn’t there at all😒

Had been buying ice zero latte daily from this branch using ZUS tumbler

Problem is they don’t use measuring cup when making it….

Straight pour ice & milk into the tumbler so the taste were very inconsistent. Some day taste more like milk than coffee… while some day taste more like americano than latte 😑

Use lah measuring cup if dunno how to bancuh in tumbler🤦🏻‍♀️… feel so disappointed that i drove all the way there just to get bad...

Great experience with A-level service, first and foremost I would like to give a compliment to Zus barista staff named Elina if I'm not mistaken, I ordered 2 frappe drinks, but during my first sip, the texture of my frappe’s ice crystal was quite big. Then, I went to the counter to reconfirm whether it was normal or they having a problem with their blender. Without hesitation, they offered me to replace my drinks with a new one and asked for apologies 👍🏻. Big Compliment to Elina anyway for your incredible service. Will...
