Mixue - Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2m — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

Their signage states opening hours is 11.30 am from Mondays to Thursdays. However, even after 11.30 am, it is still closed. I knocked at their glass door to try to attract someone inside the shop, but, no one came to check. Disappointed that most of their outlets don't open on time.

The Management should do spot checks on all their outlets.

Bought 1 matcha and 2 vanilla ice cream. Girl wt long pony tail said need to wait 10 mins for matcha. We paid and waited in the shop. After more than 15 mins we went over to ask if it was ready. They hadn't done it at all. Looking apologetic but lying that it will take a little longer to do and reimbursing the 50 sen. We have tried at almost all the mixue branches, never a dishonest inefficient one...
