The worst service i had for dining experience in my entire life. So initially my family ordered 5 dishes which include hokkien mee, crab, vege, oyster egg and salted egg squid. So within 15 minutes, the crab came first and the oyster egg came later. So everything is still fine at this point and the hokkien mee came around 10 mins later which considering acceptable due to lots of customer waiting for their food.
Here comes the worst part. So after 45 minutes later, another table customer inquires for the squid dish and the worker says no squid were available anymore. Bare in mind the other guy was dining way earlier than us and the worker/owner has no intentions to even inform us about the unavailability of the squid dish. It baffles me that we were waiting for an imaginary dish and a vege table that can cook up within 5-10minutes. I literally asked the worker and the owner what are they going to do about it. They just stare with dead silence. So my mom decide to cancel it and ask for the vege to be served within 5 mins. What a suprise, no vege served within 5 mins and we decide to cancel that dish as well. The recent customer came in and got their vege within 10mins and they still havent serve ours(they were 20mins earlier after we went back).
Long story short or Moral of the story, their crab is good and served fast but their service is actual garbage.
My suggestion, if you wanna eat crab and ONLY crab. This place is the place to go. And the price is not cheap either. Just dont bother ordering other stuff. Literally garbage service.

Read morePoor service, poor management, I didn't have my meal in the restaurant as they sell my crab to other people who didn't reserve. I had confirm with them 3 times of my order of 2kg crab that I reserved earlier in the noon before I settle down my whole family of 9 to the table and they had told me that my crab is being reserved in the kitchen so that's why I bring my disable Father down from the car to restaurant. However when I was ready to order I was told that there is no more crab for me, what a shock!!! I called and reserved and even recofirm so many times and the restaurant still could sell my crab to other people that happen to come without reservation, this shouldn't be how a business run. I wouldn't go back and will also no recommend other to go as the place was no clean, uncomfortable and despite all is the poor service they had.
Anyway later in the evening I had my dinner at Port Village restaurant which was nicer, comfortable, crab was fresh and cooked deliciously and their service is very good. They even help to prepare the crab for my Brother that are not good at...
Read moreBbq salt baked crab was fresh but pricey. No pricing on menu so if you're worried about it, ask beforehand. I don't recommend the sweet & sour crab, the sauce was watery and terribly cooked. Butter prawns were decent in size and fresh but for some reason the butter toppings in it were soaked in oil and wasn't crispy at all so the dish ended up being fairly disappointing. Lala noodles were extremely salty when it was served to us and it was so overwhelmingly salty we had to immediately inform the bosses. They graciously agreed to fix the dish for us but the noodles just ended up coming out being soggy.
They only accepted cash and bank-in. No eWallet available at all which was very inconvenient, especially since our bill ended up being a few hundred ringgit.
