The worst shop in Foodpanda. I'm not talking about their food but attitude and services.
The first time I order is on April 2022. I make my order at 9pm but end up getting my order at 12am. You know why? Cause I call the owner not my driver. I wait patiently until 11pm I ask the driver why my order haven't done cooking? The driver said those stuff didn't even layang/treat/care about him. I said okay I call mr mamak directly. I called them and ask. The stuff just told me all the order have been done. I ask again really? I ask him to check the machine. Then he was away more than 5 mins from the call. Didn't even giving me back an answer or reply. Woah you think I call you no need to paid for telephone bill is it?
second time was today. I thought last time the incident happen was maybe they are too busy. Okay then I order again. This time issue happen also. My order have been taken wrongly by another driver. Woah. I been working at restaurant and deal with fopdpanda machine before. All the order have their number. When the driver take the order won't you guys check their number ? I know the driver done wrong too but can't your stuff just paid a little attention on the order? After they know the driver wrongly take. They didn't even cancelled my order or replace me or what. Ha.

Instead he asked me sarcasticly "ini berapa keping roti canai, ini roti telurkan ?" I just reply him "I tak tahu". He then pointing this finger at his head temple and shaking his head. He is indicating, I, the customer of Mr Mamak Bukit Tinggi that has been supporting his boss, has no brain and answered stupid question. Watching his gesture, the one who was making roti canai was laughing loudly. I angrily told the waiter off, "U jangan cakap yang bukan bukan ah". What type of service is this. Read moreMy version of mee goreng mamak that I know from young and from old mamak restaurants is that Mee goreng mamak will consist of tahu, kuih udang, cili hijau, bawang and kobis with thick, creamy and rich chilli sauce and soy sauce . But unfortunately what we get nowadays is that all this ingredients are compromised. Mee goreng mamak nowadays only have mee, soy sauce and egg. That's all. What kind of mee goreng mamak is that? This is how the old traditional food becomes extinct and loses its originality. I'm sure customers don't mind paying a bit extra for all these ingredients to have the original taste.
