Secret Recipe @ Lotus's Bukit Tinggi, Klang — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

Kami order spicy seafood spaghetti - sos terlalu cair. jauh dari rasa yang biasa kami makan di Secret Recipe Teluk Pulai Dan Kota Kemuning. Seafood juga terasa seperti mentah dan tak fresh. Tomyang Kung - rasa okay tetapi membantutkan rasa apabila udang rasa tak fresh. Sup cendawan serve dalam keadaan sejuk. Mengejutkan! Tapi nasib baik staff apabila diberitahu terus panaskan semula.

But I am SR's member, I have few vouchers on my SR apps including mushroom soup voucher, plum lime juice and RM3 voucher So I would like to redeem few vouchers and only after all the foods have been served on my table, I was informed by the staff that the voucher can be redeemed one at once which I have suggested them to make a separate bill due to their late notification. but they insisted me to pay all in one bill since all the vouchers will be missing though they make separate bills since they have scanned the voucher. Which this is actually fraud since the voucher are still in my account right after I make payment except for RM3 voucher that they redeemed in that one bill. For me that is so improper to do that. I can just cancel all the orders related to the redeemed voucher but I didn't do that considering that they might be the one who shall pay for all the foods that have been cooked.

My family love SR. and hopefully this will be the last worst experience customer had in SR LOTUS...

The worst outlet I have ever been. there were akot of flies couldn't even seat and eat in peace and ordered a spicy tomato chicken chop and it was sooo dammm oily when i asked the staff showing the oil, is this oil and he answered yes and buat muka bodoh to me then i asked him to take it to the chef and check, after like 5min he came back with the samee chicken said that its the sauce but i know dam well it was nott i had no choice but to eat cause i was starving, but i couldn't eat much bcz it was oily and i felt like wanna vomit i could see the oil dripping frm inside then i called different staff and tokd him its the oil i cannot eat, first he try to tell me its the sauce after i explain how i feel he changed it to its the juicy chicken. So i tld him this is not the first time im eating this dish then he replied " you mught have eaten the dry kinda chicken this is juicy but yeah people have complained about this oik to the HQ few times". and when i ask for the manager, they said " Oh Manager Jarang Masuk" THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AND THE FOOD WAS BAD TOO!!!! SOO UNEDUCATED STAFF ABOUT THE DISH? AND THE DISH WAS BURNT, I COULD SMELL THE BURNT. IT WASN'T GRILLED! I PRETTY SURE HE MUST HAVE USE THE FIRE THINGY TO BURNT ON TOP TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE GRILLED! I HOPE THE HQ TAKE...

I really love chicken parmiginia and craved for it. So went to nearest SR by my house. Unfortunately, disappointed with the taste compared to SR branch that i went during my lunch hour in office. (Second pic is chicken parmiginia from branch near my office)

Food: Chicken parmiginia: overcook and not fresh. Isi ayamnya color gelap and sedikit berbau. In other branch, salad akan diseason dgn honey n lemon. But apa yg i dapat is raw salad with no seasoning. So i tambah dengan sos thai (i ordered wonton thar serve with thai sauce) Past bolognese: plain and takde rasa. My husband tak habis makan. Wonton: ok je for me sbb rangup.

Service: They said will gave us menu book and order through phone. Tunggu juga tp takde pun hulur menu. So end up tengok dari website order je.

Atmosphere: biasa je.

Desserts: is good and tasteful. Iced chocolate sedap but kurang ais, so...
