Sushi King Lotus's Klang — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

Very very very bad service and experience. Do not recommend and do not ever come back. Pressed call waiter, signal had sound,staff just ignore and watch hp. Ordered Zaru Udon for my kids 40min ago. Dishes never came and when asked, said this dish do not have today. Why didn't cancel the item in ipad ordering menu state not available? And kitchen know its not available after order had sent in earlier, why nobody come and inform the customer? My kids have waited,starving for 40mins dinner time. We went on the first week of Ramadhan month.

No staff at the entrance. All inside the kitchen.

We waited and asked to be seated. Staff in dark blue uniform BLACK AND SOUR FACE all the time !!! From the time we are to be seated to ordering to paying !

Staff in light blue uniform was polite, smiley.

We are about to enjoy our sushi but couldn't find pickled gingers, soy sauce. Asked for it, and the dark blue uniformed staff black face and make us wait for him to prepare the table.

I wonder why their service this bad !

Came during relaxed CMCO which was announced a week ago & on a weekend, place was fully packed with customers. Had to queue in-line for about 30 minutes before getting seated. Twice came here and they always runs out of certain items from their menu.

The Avacado Salmon Sashimi tasted different from my previous order, very thinly sliced, tasteless, and bland.

Overall, also ordered the Bento set for takeaways and that is probably the only decent Sushi experience I've had so far.
