This is the worst Ali, Muthu & Ah Hock local food outlet/restaurant. I gave two star for nice deco & clean and the manager & supervisor. The kitchen staffs and cooks are very lazy and irresponsible they served customers refried overnight food. Please take a look at my photos.
I love mee rebus but Ali, Muthu and Ah Hock in publika served the worst and lowest grade of mee rebus in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. The cook dumped overnight refried garnish ingredients in the mee rebus... refried the potatoes, fishcake, cucur sayur and fried dough bits. The whole bowl of mee rebus got rancid oil smell and taste. After i ate some of the refried ingredients i had very bad gastric and suffered from indigestion. I never came across mee rebus with fried potatoes and fish cakes! Only in Ali, Muthu and Ah Huat in Publika outlet. What more they dumped overnight left over ingredients in my mee rebus at around 10.45AM brunch!
The kitchen cook even served cold over night fried chicken nasi lemak .. then when we complained they refried the chicken till it turned too oily!
The manager instructed the kitchen cook to fried new fried chicken. The manager tried the mee rebus garnish ingredients and he himself admitted and agreed that the food were not fresh and the cook refried the overnight ingredients. He felt bad and apologised then he waved our bill.
Seriously if anyone has gastric problem think twice before you choose this Ali, Muthu and Ah Hock outlet/restaurant in Publika the cooks or chefs has no sense of responsibility and don’t take pride in the food the serve to their customers. Goodis branch!

The entire fam was so disappointed… Hokkien Mee -taste 1/10 - the picture has prawn but the real serving only has frozen chicken pieces.. the serving is literally like a over priced plate of canteen goreng goreng.. and we return the food because the chicken chunk smells really bad. RM15.50 for this serving was really super over priced, but if your talking about location and rent.. okay I agree but have some decent taste for the food lah..
Ordered Nasi lemak biasa - sambal was 3/10, just can eat la.. but we add on rendang ayam, also spoiled- so masam.. they replaced it with ayam goreng after complain.. ayam goreng was okey, 5/10..
Soto mihun - 7/10.. just the bergedil 2/10 so hard and tasteless
Hainan Chicken chop- not sure why the sauce was so sour like lime juice over empowering the taste of the dish and too sweet like cordial taste- 4/10
Nasi goreng Kampung- 4/10 tasteless, also the chicken chuck was smelly but just malas and wanted to leave the place asap
Kuew goreng - another plate of over prices tasteless plate of canteen meal— 2/10
Chicken curry and roti jala- 7/10 ok
For god sake , please serve the best you can and you will be blessed by god!

Read moreFirst time at this branch in Publika and I was disappointed. Perhaps they were short-staffed but used-tables weren’t cleared for a while and the service was slow. I came in looking for coffee and half-boiled eggs but the ordering app stated that the half-boiled eggs were “sold out”. Not sure how that this is even possible… so I ordered the Hainanese Chicken and it was a BIG disappointment. Why? The sauce was made from chilli sauce instead of the classic tomato sauce base, and it was too spicy which overpowered the entire dish. The boiled peas and corn was like bleh… AND the worse is the size of the breaded chicken was literally 25% of the entire contents of the plate and after removing the hard batter, shrunk a further 30%. They filled the plate with fresh lettuce and tomato slices which was also lying in a pool of spicy chili sauce. For RM19.90, this dish was totally overpriced and should be taken off the menu. The service: 3 stars, only because there was a young Indian man who was proactive in making sure things were done around the place. Perhaps he is the owner or manager as he was moving around with a strong purpose. My order took 30 mins to arrive and another party who came after me got their food before me.
