My only complaint is that the restaurant crew is not friendly at all. I stood in front of the counter waiting to order. The cashier was going from the counter to the kitchen back to back, while making me wait cluelessly in front of the counter. Like, do you not see me here standing in front of you??? It is fine if you are busy, but at least acknowledge the customer presence laa. Maybe a "Sekejap ya" is also fine. Also, they gave me the wrong drink. Didn't even bother to ask me what drink I ordered.

Food: Okay je, sedap. The ayam portion was big (May refer to my images), I almost couldn't finish it. Hati ayam also sedap. Portion nasi putih banyak. Cashier did not ask what level of spicy you want. So if you did not tell the cashier your demand, the kitchen crew will prepared the least spicy for you.

In terms of service: As a first timer, I was quite lost. So if you are a first timer too, heres a guide. Firstly, you need to order and pay for your food at the counter. Then, sit at any preferred table and wait for your number to be called. You can find your number in your receipt. When your number is called, you pickup your food and inform the kitchen crew on what your drink is. They will prepare it for you, and you may get your drink after you send your food to your table. It is self-service like other fast-food restaurants.

Parking: Only paid parkings are available around the restaurant. During my visit, the parking provided "2 hour free parking", not...

Discovered this place as I was looking for nasi ayam gepuk. The crowd was still aplenty despite arriving in the after lunch hours. I placed my order at the counter but was disappointed that they do not offer ala carte ayam goreng as an add on. They also do not accept TnG which I think needs to be looked into and made available in the future. The place could also use a little refurbishment to offer a more comfortable dining experience considering how long it took to get served. We ordered 2 sets of the ayam gepuk rice with drinks. It would be good if the staff taking my orders would let me know that they operate on a self collect numbering system and that it will take more than 30 minutes for my food to be served. I had to figure out the system and when I did, I realised there was a massive waiting list. Typically that isn't a problem if the kitchen works fast but it was very slow. Food were served in batches (several numbers at a time and the waiting continues). Nonetheless we got our food after some time of waiting. I liked how the chickens were freshly fried. The chicken breast was tender enough and the meat wasn't dry. The sambal with kacang was decent as far as ayam gepuk meals are concerned. It had that addictive savoury taste and the 'biasa' spiciness level was good enough. The tahu and tempe both were average. Overall I'd say that this ayam gepuk turned out to be a decent one but the waiting time and condition of the place can surely...

Great food with generous portion. Rice and sambal is refillable over here. The spiciness level of sambal comes with an option to choose from. The only thing is the waiting time to place an order and to get served is too long like 40-50 minutes. Everything is self service here. Unfortunately the time I visited was quite unpleasant because the rice was too soggy. I place an order with chicken gizzard and i wasn't notified that chicken gizzards ran out of stock. They did replaced with tempe but I wasn't impressed because i don't eat tempe. However I will visit again in future to give a try. Hopefully they can improve on the food quality. Therefore I'm giving a 3 star review. If they had improve in future i will give a better ratings.
