Yes the food very nice and affordable. But I have few thing want to highlight here as the que system still messy and made customer feel unfair while waiting especially by in small qty. I went this place on 16th August 2021 around 7.00pm and saw about 5 customers is on waiting inside the premise. After made the payment, the cashier said need to wait about 15 mnts - 20 mnts for chicken to be ready and I just wait instead. And other customer keeps coming and made the que is more lost and chaos. Most early customer expressed unhappy face and need to compete with each other once the chickens has lifted up from the kitchen. But the customer still willing to wait even no system or proper que has applied. And the most funny thing, after 20 mnts on que, the staff who packed the rice said the sauce is finish and made customer need to wait again. And this is totally nonsense and dragged a lot of time to get very simple dish. Very disappointed and made my think twice whether wanna support again with your business. Seem its Magrib time and my patient really has reached the limit and I just left without get the food that I deserved after a long wait. Please do something about this otherwise you will starting lost your regular or loyal customer if this kind of que system did not make with any improvement. I've been a regular customer for months because the food is delicious...but one day the staff was quite rude to me when I mentioned mine want to wait for the chicken thigh portion because there was just breast and wing left. I noticed they'd just completed frying another batch of chicken, but the staff kept saying there was no more thigh and showing an annoyed face. I stood there for 15 minutes while the staff served other customers and ignored me. He didn't even bother to take the new chicken batch or call another colleague to refill the stock.

I was so irritated and returned to the cashier to cancel the order. But, the chicken is immediately replenished, and I was served after that. Overall nasi kukus taste is okay. Rice portion is considerably smaller compared to other similar shop/stall I tried before. Price is reasonable at only RM6.

Very long queues during lunchtime as there is only one cashier for ordering and paying. Parking around here is challenging. Most of the parkings are reserved by clinics.

People serving food and drinks at Pickup never bothered to smile. Feel like they hate doing the job. The guy asked me if I wanted sambal but didn't ask me about the chicken, he just simply put. When I said that I wanted chicken drumstick/thigh, the guy made this face. Like I did something wrong. He did changed the chicken though but with an attitude. Never made eye contact with me too.
