Pistachios Bakery (Maxim Citylights Sentul) — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Went to get my usual cake this evening . The staff (female supervisor) that saw me waiting, as i requested my cake ignored (no eye contact no smile) my request completely and turned away and asked me to wait . While her colleague, a guy. Seems like a junior busy attending many customers. She was tryingn to make her self look busy walking around. She apparently is the supervisor. I think as a senior you set good example and unbiased customer service . As another customer came in after me she decided to smile and attend (colour bias ? ) .Maybe pistachio need to look into your staff attitude . The junior to apologized for keeping me waiting and quickly attended me after her. Supervisor need to learn customer sevice...

I usually have no unpleasant review on this bakery. Cakes are awesome and affordable. But today I am not a happy camper. Shop suppose to open at 9:30 but at 10 only opened as the person suppose to open was on MC. Someone delivering stocks from HQ had to open. And the girl working morning had problem setting things up. Maybe new. So my wait was almost 45 mins to complete all. Management should be more alert of sudden situation and arrange staffing accordingly. Hope this girl at the bakery now can cope the day till someone...

Date: 27/11, I came to buy birthday cake but when I asked the Malay lady, wearing light colour hijab, about cakes and pastries, they served me very inappropriately and answered my question with a sour face. When I asked the pastry's expiry date, it's expiry date was the very next day. It turned me off to buy any cakes there's, I only bought chocolate ball instead.
