Extremely Disappointed with McDonald’s Shell Sentul Service

This is not the first time I’ve stayed up late just to get your toys, and I’m definitely not a new customer — I would consider myself one of your regulars. But tonight, I was truly disappointed with the service at McDonald’s Shell Sentul.

I purposely stayed up with my kids and went there at 12:00 AM on the 8th of the month to purchase a Happy Meal and get the new Cross shoes toy. To my surprise, your staff told me I couldn’t buy it yet and would have to come back at 7:00 AM. Why? The toy release date is clearly written as the 8th. I even waited past midnight to make sure it was officially the 8th. Is it my understanding that’s wrong — or is your staff trying to keep the toys for certain people?

In the end, I went all the way to the McDonald’s in Gombak. There, the staff clearly stated that once it’s past midnight, it’s the 8th, and the new toy must be given — no issue at all.

I’m very disappointed, and so are my kids. I hope McDonald’s takes this matter seriously. Loyal customers deserve to be...

Hidden gem, world class service.

If you are the lucky one, u will get the misplace order from previous customer. Unfortunately, my drive-thru order was misplace to the other customer earlier.

Staff won't notice your existence after waiting close up to 30 minutes. They will only start to notice you once you get down from your car and wave to say Hi to them.

It will be a best place to spend your time with you family and friends. 1 hour waiting time in your car will get the reward/compensate from them with 1 medium fries.

Not even the branch manager will comes and talk to you. But they just sent a staff to ask what's your order again.

Definitely a best place to spend your time with their drive thru service. While, if u can wait for 24 hours then you might stand a chance to get 24 medium fries in the end.

One of the worst fast food - so called fast food with zero tardiness franchise. This is the first time I encounter such a management. Staff without proper mannerisms. Keep holding us at counter. Fast forward story reached at 12am kiosk doesn't work properly for orders keep showing out of stock. Then we couldn't complete any order and asked at counter. 12am - no chicken and nasi lemak they won't cook anymore!? Okay we ordered all burgers. 1.10am no food delivered.
