The KO.PI — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I frequent all the cafes at Sentul Point a lot. This is the first time I'm here at a cafe at Sky Awani. It is small but warm. Love their deco - so much effort.

I super super love the burnt cheesecake. It's not overly soft (coz I like it this way). It isn't overly sweet either. And I ordered Ice Americano, which is quite standard.

For dinner I order their club sandwich. There isn't a photo of club sandwich on their menu, so I was pleasantly surprised when the food arrived. I love the presentation. I didn't take a photo though coz I was rushing some work. Plus I was hungry so I just makan je.

UPDATE I came back to try out their nasi lemak rendang ayam. I ordered at around 730pm. It's evening so I don't have high expectation for nasi lemak. That's because I somehow believe that nasi lemak only taste good in the morning.

But to my surprise it is very well done. The rice is not basmati rice but the rice grain is quite fine, not sticky at all. And the rendang has got some gravy on it. It's not entirely dry. Some rendang is very dry like the gravy just blend into the meat. If u want a nice nasi lemak for dinner or supper, please come here. It'll be my go-to secret spot for the best nasi lemak in the evening. Come try it....

I went there for dinner. Had a cup coffee n a burger. Now, the coffee was okay but the burger was TERRIBLE . The burger's patty which was "homemade" btw was really dry n tough. I mean how can a burger patty be tough? My friend had the grill chicken. Nothing great. The salad they gave was soooo little The only good thing here was the fries. The fries weren't the soggy n thin one's..so i was happy. I do not recommend this place for those who want to have a good western meal. But the ambience is nice to have a cup of coffee n chat. The atmosphere in this place is great. If you want to hang out, it's a good place to be but the service can be better. Went with my family and it took a while for the staff to attend us when we were the ONLY customers there. The owner should provide more training. As for the drinks I got the ice latte and frankly, it was horrible. It tasted like kopi ais you get from mamak/kedai nasi campur. The ice chocolate was very nice.
