food taste is okay. the chicken was freshly cooked. but the portion does not meet the standard of pak gembus, because i know really well that other pak gembus brances would give you a lot until it completely fills the plate. idk why at this branch (my first time here btw) i felt like the portion on my plate wasnt enough and plain. the fried cabbage amount was so little, the chicken gizzards i got for set d was just 2 tiny pieces when other branches would at least give me 3-4 pieces.
the service by the staff exceeded my expectations. they were so kind and friendly while being fast and efficient at the same time.
the environment on the other hand.. meh.. small lot, felt very narrow. the place focuses its target more on food delivery rather than dine in customers. at this branch, they invest little on customer's comfort. lack ventilation, only relying in high speed fans, no aircond felt when the dining space is indoors with glass doors. imagine when you eat the sambal, berkicap weh. not to mention the sink itself, quite dark, so old school and kampung looking.
i tried this branch out because its near to melawati mall. turns out a bit disappointing. guess better stick to pak...

Not sure how the manager and owner monitor the store while receiving WORST review from customers. Poor management by all staff. Praise to good staff when still treat customer nicely, but for other, you just make all the customers feeling more burn inside???

Srsly it's almost 20 minutes last customer ate and the table STILL NOT CLEAN UP??? thank god you have some of good manners staff to apologize about it. But srsly what? Cleanliness so BAD!!!
For all the management line, I think you should consider what do you need to do with 'Wangsa Melawati' store. People love so much with Ayam Gepuk, but you employee did not do well. I used to work in FnB too, I know how the management, service, manners should work....
