One of the worst places I've ever been to!
The food is not as good as it looks ya..
The service was okay initially. We arrived, and the waiter promptly cleaned our table. The ambiance seemed nice with live music in the morning, but the noise level was unbearable. They had a play area with coin-operated machines where kids were left unsupervised, screaming and shouting for their parents while playing—it was really disruptive and annoying.
Now, onto the food. We ordered a Polo Bun, but they served it using a BURGER BUN instead! It was tasteless—a giant burger bun with butter and kaya. For RM8.90, it was absurdly overpriced and not worth it at all!
My husband ordered the wantan mee, and it tasted like plain noodles with soy sauce, topped with sweet BBQ chicken—nothing special, just bland.
We also got the lontong with sambal sotong, which was equally disappointing. It was bland and flavorless. I only managed to take two bites, and even my husband gave up after one taste. We decided to stop eating, pay, and leave the place for good.
One minor saving grace was that they corrected a drink order quickly when they made a mistake, but that was the only positive point.
Advice to the restaurant: Do not sell items beyond your expertise! Please take the Polo Bun off your menu—it was an absolute disaster. Stop misleading customers! We paid a lot but didnt even reach our lowest...
Read moreDEAR SERASA MANAGER.
I HAVE BEING SAKURA & SERASA PATRON FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS...
THE REASON ME AND FAMILY WAS THERE ,ITS BECOZ OF THE AMBIENTS , FOOD AND THE BAND.
IF ONLY TALKING ABOUT FOOD OFFCOURSE THERE ARE MANY OTHER OUTLETS HAVING NICE FOOD. BUT THE SPECIALITY ABOUT SERASA IS THE SERVICE GIVEN AND THE LIVE BAND.
THATS WHY IF YOU NOTICED IM THERE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK ... DINNER & BFAST.
BUT YESTERDAY NIGHT ITS VERY DISSAPOINTED THAT THE VOLUME OF THE MUSIC ARE TO LOW AS THOUGHT AS SOMEONE IS IN THE MOURNING MOOD. I ASK THE BAND WHY AND WAS TOLD AS ISTRUCTED BY THE MANAGEMENT. I WAS THERE ONLY LESS THAT 30 MINUTES .EAT AND GO!!!
NORMALLY THERE ARE ADD ON TEH TAREK...ICE CREAME..ETC.
AND TABLES ARE ALSO NOT FULL AS USUAL ..MANY EMPTY TABLES .
IF THE MUSIC ARE PLAYED THAT LOW .I WOULD SUGGEST YOU JUST BUY A TRANSISTOR RADIO...CHEAP..INSTEAD OF HIRING A LIVE BAND.
I HAVE BEING RECOMMENDING MANY FRIENDS AND TOLD THEM THE MUSIC ARE GREAT AND ENJOYABLE BUT NOW IF THE NEW MOOD IS CONTINUE ..I THINK MANY WILL PASS THE NEWS AND CHANGE TO OTHER PLACE.
HOPE THE MANAGEMENT CAN PULL BACK WHAT EVER INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN AND CONTINUE WITH THE LIVELY STYLE ASAP.
REGARDS
DK

Read moreI went there a few times. So this is the review after a couple of tries. We went there for breakfast, particularly because the children wanted to eat breakfast n Co menu. We ordered food from serasa. The service is horrendous. Hantar food without cutleries, when u requested, no one dtg hantar. So my son went to get some. The waitress tanya. Nk sudu garfu utk makan apa? Aik? Lain kali masa hantar food, bg la sudu garfu siap2. Dah la muka waiter n waitress kat situ mcm kita dok minta sedekah ngan dia. Geram aku. My daughter spilled her drink, (ordered from serasa) she went to ask for tissue paper, the question asked.. Makan dekat mana? Dah kenapa.. If u have issues with breakfast n Co., go deal with them pls. Menyakitkan hati. Your food is not that great. Service is worst. A simple garlic loaf is rm8.90, which took forever for u to serve and it's just meh. Breakfast and Co tu bukan your tenant ke? Kalau rs customer x boleh order food from breakfast and Co and makan kat situ. Make it clear. It's...
