Initial contact was through Whatsapp and I wrote to them in English. The answers were prompt and brief, very nice. I managed to book an appointment next day at 9.30am and they came at 9.28am.

They are very punctual, polite, and skilful during their work. The job was done within half an hour. The pricing is fair. On top of that, they also wiped the blades of the new fan, and swept off the dust from their work. Top notch above and beyond service in my opinion.

Furthermore, they are also very accommodating towards my personal issue at the end which I truly appreciate.
