Beans.Factory Cheras @ Majestic Maxim — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Biz hours start from 1pm, but google stated 12.30pm, given wrong info. Shopfront notice stated close without mention business hours. 2 staffs inside the shop saw me queue up in front their shop, but never entertain. Came here at 12.50pm with disappointment.

Saw delivery pick up guy enter the shop and manage to grab his delivery food around 12.55pm. How come got such bias.

When the staff come to turn the shopfront notice board to "Open", didn't inform customers that we are allowed to enter. Some customer waiting at far abit may not notice.

Staffs all looks moody, no greeting, no intro of menu. Ask 1 thing, answer 1 thing.

The paper cup for soya should be improved. Because the cap lid easily open and it causes leaking.

Purple rice .not fresh. Got sour taste even we eat fast upon purchase.

Second time super bad service at all!!! Who come who first, but at this shop won't have this manner!!! Customer saw the menu then only can order food, but staff can straightly serve the second customer?!!! Seriously?!! Customer saw the menu also wrong for that? Cannot see the menu first before ordering?!!!!! Then better close shop no need to place order for that!! People will need to see the menu first , don't you know that?!!!!! Then why you can ever serve the second customer while customer still in front of you seeing the menu?!!! Is that you can't settle one by one customer for that!!!! Please make sure staff are well trained!!! It really pissed me off and really not satisfied for that!!! If got negative star , don't worry , I definitely will put negative -10000000 ever!!!
