Poor Service！

Yesterday at around 11 o'clock, I came here with a group of friends and we started to order. After ordering, I saw the "add one dollar to get dessert/snacks when you spend RM88" on the table. At that time, I asked I asked a waiter if I could participate in this activity if I spent more than RM88 for the first time? He said before tax, I said ok then because my friend wanted to add some things, we didn’t know whether it exceeded RM88 because after you place the order, the bill will not be shown on your phone! It doesn't matter. I called the waiter and asked if he could help me check if it was over RM88 .

After a while, the male waiter told me that yes, you have exceeded 88 yuan. Do you need to choose another one from the menu or directly on the bill? We said wait a minute, let me check it out first, and he said ok, go to the cashier to order. We were over RM88, after they said last call, and we said ok then the male waiter said I will deduct the RM1 item from the bill and we will be OK with that. Then he also said to deduct it and make it beautiful for us! After a while, I saw him paying the bill with other tables, and then it was my table's turn. Then he said that the bill was not full RM88 . After a while his manager came also said same thing. Hello? At first you said yes and then you said no? They said that if you don't have RM88 , you can't participate. If so, can you explain it to the customer when he asks? Only answer questions when asked.

Bad experience in this shop. Went here with my fam and ordered 2 desserts. Noticed that there was a small fruit fly on my dessert(buburchacha) after about 2 or 3 scoops of eating. (Actually just sips cos I just take a sip of the soup and not eat the stuffs yet when I noticed a fruitfly on it) so I alerted the staffs including the guy waiters and those girls standing in the counter and showed the fruitfly on my dessert, but they just looked at each other whispering as if they didn’t know what to do, and then looked at me like they didn’t care at all. One kitchen staff even went out to check the fruitfly on my desert and I straight away said I don’t want a new one I just want to cancel it. (I was afraid that they will just take out the fly and serve me the same one) In short, none of them apologised, not even one staff or even tried to offer to change it to a new one! POOR customer service! Food was considered ok, but a BIG NO NO to...

Black sesame paste had a bitter after taste and the osmanthus flower does not compliment it(imo). Theres something off about it which I couldn’t point it out. It doesn’t have the sesame fragrance and the paste is on the slightly thinner side.

Pandan jelly noodles with grass jelly and mini glutinous rice balls. The noodles is true to its claim with pandan flavour. Hold its shape nicely. The grass jelly is tasteless. All three main ingredients are 0% sweetness. The sweetness is from the syrup and the coconut milk. It would be good if they add some sweetness to create a more harmonious taste with the milk and syrup. The baked coconut flesh is good addition for texture.

It is quite noisy when it is packed...
