OnFire Restaurant — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I've been coming to Onfire Restaurant at Majestic Maxim quite often for almost 2 years now. At first, the food was great and the environment was enjoyable — which kept me coming back.

However, I stopped visiting for a while, and when I came back last month to dine in, I was really disappointed. I ordered their famous crispy chicken, only to find a hair stuck in one of the pieces. I informed the waiter, who only apologized, and I let it go thinking maybe it was just a one-time mistake (should have taken a photo but the waiter took the food away immediately without any compensation).

But today I decided to give it another try and ordered the same crispy chicken meal. This time, not only was the portion noticeably smaller than usual, but the chicken also had a burnt aftertaste.

It’s quite disappointing to see the drop in quality. I guess their SOP and food portion standards have gone down. Not sure if I’ll be...

went there during 12pm, there was in total 4 customers.

my food was prepped well and dropped on the serving area between the kitchen and cashier for almost 10 mins before it was closed and packed. (kudos to the kitchen staff.

one customer came in and was speaking to the kitchen staff through the serving area while my food is still open and underneath his mouth.

i hope the food can be packaged asap or at least no customer through the serving area for sanitary purposes.

Great food but extremely poor service with greedy people managing the place. We ordered one whole chicken and many side dishes worth few hundreds but they were so calculative with the sauces. They only provided 2 small sauce dips for the whole chicken and we asked for extra and they provided to us happily but ended up charging us 3 ringgit for one sauce. Been there more than 3 times now but each time they either overcharge or give poor...
