Super bad service..

I wouldn’t even want to give one star at all.. Bad service.. ordered at 7.30pm but waited until 8.30pm and food is not here. Reminded the staff when we saw customer who came later and ordered later than us had their food first.. the staff told us that they forgot to enter our order and will prepare now. After 10 mins we saw other customer who is much more later than us had their food and it was the same order which they could have serve it to us first as we we have waited for more than 45 mins and other later customers had their few dishes came already!!! Told the staff and not a single apology from them and have to pay for the drink…

Also, they had rm10 promotion for 2 root beer on Sunday.. we ordered it at first, and they took the order,but after that , the staff told us that root beer has finished and we had to cancel the order.. it’s fine for us as we saw the root beer that they served to other table was just 3/4 of the glass and not as big portion as u thought. Feel free to order the promotion item as they might give smaller portion, especially during peak hours as they will to give lesser so that they can take in more order…

Arrived around 7ish pm and placed orders within 3 minutes after being seated. Was told they ran out of root beer so we reluctantly changed to a huge mug of juice, but then kept seeing them serving many glasses of rootbeer to our adjacent tables after we'd got our juice. We'd reminded the waiters about our food after seeing the table next to us getting their food even though they arrived 15minutes later than us. The waiter had the nerve to come back to us telling us that they forgot to place our order and told us to wait for 10 more minutes without apologizing. Food kept arriving for tables who ordered way later than us even though we'd reminded them again about our order. We asked about our food again for the third times after waiting for more than 1 hour and the respond that we'd got is no respond. So we left after paying for the drinks. What angered me the most is not only by my hunger, but also by the cashier and waiters who don't even apologize for their mistakes or make amend/hurry up our food when I'd already given them 3 reminders & chances. The employees here seems to be lacked of training and also...

This is my fifth time visiting (if I’m not mistaken)

I’m not sure if it’s just my luck (considering what I’ve seen in other reviews), but the staff I encountered were fantastic, and my overall dining experience was really enjoyable.

The food portions and taste were pretty good, though the mushroom soup was a bit bland for my liking.

Food: Pork Chop: Juicy, though a bit on the smaller side. Grilled Chicken Chop: Definitely worth every cent; I’ll be ordering this again! Hawaii Chicken Chop: The sauce had a nice tang, which was interesting. Garden Salad: This one’s my favorite!

Drinks: I always go for juice. It’s just right—not too sweet, not too mild (very satisfying!).

Music: I loved the restaurant's ambiance, especially the amazing music they played!
