I’ll never ever come back again. The so called “shark fin soup” which cost RM70 is made of cheap processed “crab meat” with mushroom and starchy. It’s salty and I think the night market vegetarian “shark fin soup” is better than this.
We reserved a table at 6pm so we had our dinner earlier but those who came later around 7-7:30pm were waiting for seat. We have children and we hadn’t finished our meal but we felt they’re rushing us off. I was scalded as I had to drink the hot tea quickly. We brought our own tea leaves but they charged us RM16.50 for providing hot water for 11 of us. I found this ridiculous as I could use that amount of money to buy sparkling water or order a cheap dish.
When the waitress served food, tea, collect used cutleries, I was pushed by her numerous times till I feel pissed off. I was eating and I was being pushed again when she was serving. The next time she came, I moved to the side but her buttock touched my body again. But service charge is being charged. And they started collecting used cutleries though some of us especially the kids were still eating. And my daughter felt stressed of eating fast as they’re cleaning up.
Food wise, nothing impressing but the crispy rice with pickled vegetables is disappointing. Overall, the pricing is on the high side perhaps it’s inclusive of their renovation and ambience. Think twice if you would...
Read moreSauteed shiitake yummy! Lamb stew with beancurd sheet tastes like real lamb stew. Four vege stir fried belacan not too spicy. Golden yam ring, the yam ring is superb! The skin is crispy and the yam is soft. Comes with mixed vegetables which are different from other vegetarian shops. Homemade beancurd with pumpkin, beancurd is nice. Nam Yu bearhead mushroom is the best for me and I have never tried it in other places before. Sweet and sour oyster mushrooms are standard as other vegetarian shops. Overall food was decent but the portions were relatively smaller compared to other shops. All the portions I ordered were big.
The restaurant is clean, nice decorations with cool enough air-conditioning. Parking is quite easy to find. Suitable for big crowd gatherings.
Quite a few reviews said the food is salty, but all the dishes I ordered were just nice, not too salty.
Wet towel and tidbits were charged, can refused if...
Read moreCNY dinner table booked at 6.30pm but the table merely ready at 6.45pm. Everything has to do it by yourself including serving cutlery, tea and even bill. Almost all the food served at one time and it was cold when served to table. The next round dinner time for other customers is 8pm but our last dish yet to serve by the time. So those customers already waiting there and it seems like chasing us out of there already. Don’t understand why they still charge for wet tissue which we didn’t ask for it yet we order food in set I believe it should be included. The service charge is ridiculous as not proper attended and we need to do almost every serving by ourselves. If really don’t have other choice, you may give a try to...
