KFC AEON AU2, Setiawangsa — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Terrible chain. Very poor service. I ordered in kfc app for office party. I placed my order at 9pm and it supposed to be ready at 9:13 pm. But when i come at 9:40 pm the staff lady with smirk face told me my chicken is still frying. Had to wait until 10:05 pm untill its ready. There were no customer visible in the restaurant but still taking so much time to prepare. Asked staff how long do i have to wait as i am in hurry and she only replied please wait and avoid talking further. Because of them i am late to the party and got reprimanded by my boss. Will never ever again stop or order by this chain. Terrible service.

Eventhough my order have to wait about 15 minutes due to lack of chicken , but overall okay ! . Thank you to the Cashier because of your hardwork . I've very² loved her work . She try to do her best to do her work . She even help other cashier to complete the order . Kfc should raise her to another level . This is what KFC should do for a long time ago .
