This club is absolutely not family-friendly. Their policy is not just inconvenient—it is downright irresponsible and dangerous. They prohibit mothers from bringing their young sons (mine are just 5 and 6 years old) into the female bathroom to shower after swimming. Instead, they insist that toddlers—mere children—must enter the male bathroom alone and shower completely unsupervised.
This is not just unreasonable, it is a serious child safety risk. Forcing young children into a public restroom unattended exposes them to potential harm, and any establishment enforcing such a reckless rule should be held accountable. This is a matter that demands immediate attention from Child Protection Services. The safety and well-being of children should never be compromised for the sake of arbitrary, outdated policies.
Edit: I am a woman myself, so please don’t throw around words like dignity and privacy when we’re talking about 5-year-olds, be sensible. As a mother, I find it unacceptable that the so-called “family shower room” lacks heated water, remains unclean throughout the day, and consists of just one cubicle that is perpetually locked on busy days like Saturdays. The unhygienic conditions pose a serious risk of infection, and I would never expose my children to such an environment. This is the only club where I’ve encountered such neglect, and it is absolutely not worth becoming a member. I urge anyone considering it to think twice before subjecting their family to this...
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this golf course, and I would not recommend it to other foreigners.
I booked a tee time through Deemples and paid in advance, arriving 30 minutes early. However, despite my punctuality, I was delayed at check-in due to the dismissive and unprofessional attitude of the staff. They rudely told me to sit and wait while time passed, ultimately making us late for our own tee time.
The pricing for a caddy was also misleading. According to the Deemples app, the fee for two players over 18 holes was listed as 80 RM. However, I was given multiple different prices, starting at 152 RM. When I questioned this, the staff laughed and smiled as they argued with me. After much back and forth, I was finally able to pay the correct 80 RM, but it was clear that they were not happy about it.
To make matters worse, our caddy was switched at the last minute to a young man who was clearly inexperienced and did not speak English. This felt like a deliberate act of retaliation for standing my ground on the pricing.
The overall experience left a bad impression, and I felt unfairly treated as a foreigner. The lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and poor customer service make this a place I would not return to or...
Read moreMe myself, am a member since years ago, paid for membership fees, yet the pool is always largely occupied by swim classes, was using the pool alone peacefully without disturbing others, but the lifeguard pointed me out and asked me to stay away from the pool, and can only use the small shallow fountain part, which am unable to swim. On the second hand, the reception/counter part of the club is one of the rudest, the fat malay lady at the counter sometimes even shows faces and stereotype others. On the other hand, the malay staff there is also rude, all the counter staffs there are just rude and always talking about penalty and always asking for hidden fees charges. Please improve your staffs performance and attitude. Overally, not worth your money there. The gym is also very out-dated with really old equipment's which you cant do proper exercices, not...
