The employees are not attentive, left me in front of the cashier for so long and they even chitchat in front of me and acted as if I’m not there to order, need to work on expressions while taking order, because they acted like taking orders is a hassle when they don’t even have to go to customer’s table. The employees that work at the front station( the ones that have to deal with customers) are playing with phones and ignore me when i just wanted to confirm my order is ready and can pickup. I ordered red cooked chicken nasi lemak. but when I wanted to collect the food, the staff said that the red cooked chicken had run out because they gave it to another customer by mistake. and they asked me to change to other food. when changing to other food they asked me to add a little more money for sambal because the food they changed did not have sambal. this is their fault but they still want us to add money.
