Chagee @ Kepong Rimbunan — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I usually order from GrabFood, but today I happened to be nearby, so I decided to go into the store. I really liked the staff here; they were very polite and helpful. They were very friendly, and even though there were many orders, the staff still managed to complete them in a short time. The service was excellent; they even packed my order for me without me asking. The service was very fast. This is one of the best Chagee branches I've been to. I love drinking the cold brew tea here; it tastes pure and refreshing, as delicious as always. The atmosphere in the cafe is great, and the restrooms are clean. I had a really disappointing experience at this branch. When I arrived, the staff was just sitting there on the phone. I stood in front waiting, and only then was I told that I could only order through the app. The app was extremely slow to load and wasted so much time — it would have been faster if I could just order directly at the counter. 🙃

On top of that, when my drink was ready, I had to go to the counter to take my own straw like it was some kind of self-service. Other branches, even when they are very busy, are never this bad. Definitely the worst experience compared to...

I ordered at 13.59. But until 14.30 also cannot manage to get. I did saw one order same with me. With different order number. So i just let it be. Because i do ask the staff so many time. But they keep on mentioned that its not mine. So the drink just be there without no one pickup. And the number keep next and already skip my number. Then after i have been wait for so long, i keep asking then one of them, without say anything. Just gave the drink that no one pickup that i already ask so many time. So terrible!!!!!!! What a bad opening...
