Alimama Kopitiam — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

For my dining experience they got the worst curry chicken rice that I have ever tasted. It tasted horrible. I am a huge curry chicken lover I tried many places mostly of them were good or ordinary. But this was extremely disappointing. I couldn’t finish the food.

First the curry chicken tastes like artificial powder flavored which is not cooked with spices such as lemon grass, onion and ginger.

I describe in Chinese : 它一吃下去第一口就是那种廉价咖喱粉的味道。很太浓稠带粉粉味道不是香料味道。我只能说，真的不好吃。

Second, their fried rice series it is over price RM 13-15. And it is just very ordinary.

Third, the menu, one of the least designed menus I have ever seen. The food picture in the menu just took it simply. By looking the menu, the food picture isn’t attractive or appetitive at all. The menu should be presented and portrayed nicely. For the beverage, their ice lemon tea tasted plain like water.

Just an ordinary local kopitiam serves ordinary foods as well. The worst is their service, especially the lady at the counter. Paying your bill may need some patience as this lady will make you wait more than a minute only served you (or maybe her aunty visit during that day). If the restaurant is crowded, I can understand the waits. Unfortunately, she is just busy with other things and asks you to wait. In addition, paying with a TNG wallet also requires time to check, as she keeps asking you if I have even shown her the transaction. I just wonder how this kind of person can be assigned to take care of...

the 1st visit was still ok, hainan chop large portion but taste not bad even though there is ginger inside my HAINAN CHOP!?

The tea is still very good here

oh the 2nd visit, almost all of the food was below average and the Hainan chop somehow got worse. My parents were definitely quite dissappointed. The only saving grace still was the tea!!!
