Chatto — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Ordered Chicken Katsu bento and hot hojicha from Shopee Food Delivery but was very disappointed. I use to have Chicken Katsu bento (dine in) at another outlet and it was perfectly done. However, today delivery is a nightmare. The lunch paper box was kemek, there were missing ingredients in the bento such as cucumber, corn and cereal/granola but i was charged the same price as dining at the outlet! Sauce was not packed separately, all drizzled on the ingredients and make it like a messy bento. Hot Hojicha was diluted, taste milky and already as cold as room temperature. Delivery took extremely long. Order submitted 1:15pm, delivery arrived at 2:17pm, where the outlet to my house is not more than 10 minutes. The menu names at this milk tea shop are adorable. I was attracted to order by the name of a particular drink. The first sip was actually quite good, but it became a little too sweet towards the end.
