If you want garbage service, please visit this branch. The food takes forever to make, food is cooked badly and they won't even serve it to you unless you remind them. You must wait an hour for the food, remind them that u ordered ot and then the staff will rudely answer that it was your fault for not telling them before. The manager is so arrogant, no apology or remedy for screwing up your order, just rolls her eyes. No wonder the staff are all the same. The staff take orders as if they are doing you a big favour. No smile, hello, nothing. And constantly on their phones. They drop food to the floor and then pick up and put in directly in the delivery bag for the customer. Was there on a weekday at 6:35pm. Two tables were occupied. We ordered our food. Customers started coming in to occupy the last 2 tables. No social distancing in the table & seatings setting. We did not receive our food orders till 7:16 pm. The customers who came later than us got their orders first. We understand that it was the Puasa month but is it a unwritten practise to serve Muslims first regardless of first come first served basis? Badly managed place. I too, frequent the one in Ampang Point and Bandar Baru Ampang. So...

Horrible service!!!! waiting for an hour can't even done a meal. A very simple meal which is grilled chicken.

And all the stuff seem like don't care attitude. Keep ignoring your complaint. Especially the front of the supervisor women.

Not only than that , my grilled chicken don't have give me salad!!!!!! If I don't ask I think they'll forgot!!!!!
