My mistake was I underestimated the time taken from them to prepare the food. I came at approx 12.07hrs, ordered at 12.15hrs or so, a simple mushroom soup because I was rushing for an appointment at 12.30, the soup was ready around 12.25, which was not late but I had to ask them to reserve and return to eat after my appointment. Good thing they kept it, I came down at 12.50 to rush to eat since there were backlog of appointment, had to wait for another 10mins at the restaurant because they reheated or possibly make a new one. Food arrived at 13.02 boiling hot. So yeah, end up I just left it untouched and return to see the doctor for my appointment. Total waiting time - 20-25mins for a mushroom soup that is...
