Is a great private dining experience with chef Jean in the lovey green suburb In Damansara Heights.. we choose the the French classic .. first with quiche Lorraine with pumpkin soup varrine:. Paired very well with mersault.. and we continue with mushrooms & truffles vol’o vent.. crispy like no body businesses.. then we have palate cleanser with syringe of vodka with lime sober..then we continue the Paulliac and haut medoc with beef chick bourguignon .. last end with Tartin tart as finisher! I engaged Chef Jean for a private dining experience in my own home for my wife’s 50th birthday. The food was excellent. From the appetizers to the main course and dessert, my guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The Coq au vin was one of the best chicken I had.
