Domino's Taman Connaught — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I did not receive my order, they never delivered it and looks like they either stole it or just kept all of it. I waited for long time but no one came to deliver any pizza, it was my large RM192 large order. No one called me and no one left any message. I also had called the dominos hotline but it got disconnected after few seconds and it wouldn’t let me call back , line kept cutting off right away and no one called me back to follow up, this is very frustrating and upsetting. They didn’t call, didn’t send any picture on grab app, never messaged me, despicable, I will never order from this dominos taman Connaught location again. Beware online delivery orders and trap app dominos orders, they use their own drivers and no tracking on grab app, they don’t show driver info so they can easily just report delivered without actually delivering anything. The rudest delivery experience I’ve ever had in my life. We placed our Domino’s order at 11.42am and only got a call from the rider at 1.02pm. No updates no message nothing.

When I asked why it took so long the rider said “So you want or not If you don’t want I throw it away”

That’s not just rude that’s disgusting. No apology no professionalism just pure disrespect. I was shocked and honestly speechless.

To make things worse Grab says the order was delivered but I never received anything. No food came at all.

I tried calling the outlet too but no one answered. Completely useless service.

To Domino’s management I still have the rider’s phone number and I’m reporting this to both Grab and your team. If this is the type of person you allow to represent your brand it’s embarrassing.

Ordered through foodpanda, on 2.21 pm, now its 3.54pm, called foodpanda they said dominos uses own rider so its not in their hands. So i called the branch dominos and they said they got my order but will transfer to someone on call, then cut my call. Now I'm calling back, but its shut. Very poor service from foodpanda (for saying its not in their hands, so why take responsibility for deliver or even list dominos in their app if they're not going to deliver or even take any action) and also Domino's for very very slow service + irresponsible staffs. Please do better, atleast send a text if you are having any isssues in the kitchen.. i am waiting for 1.5+ hours now without any notice. Disappointed t the max. Ruin people's plan as there's no commitment to time and no sense of apologies....
