I usually don’t write bad reviews, this is the first time. I’ve given too many chances to this kopitiam and I SRSLY DO NOT KNOW why they have 4 stars and above???

Ordered Thai Style Fried Chicken Chop, the picture on the menu had French fries on it, when the food came, it was only chicken chop with some disgusting looking side salad topped with a bunch of mayonnaise.

DID NOT LET CUSTOMER KNOW ABOUT AVAILABILITY I questioned the staff about my fries, one of the staff replied with “No more liao oh”. Hello??? What do you mean by that??? I pointed out on the picture got fries, she again replied “No more liao oh”, really irresponsible on her end, I questioned another staff about my fries, and got replied with “because we don’t have fries anymore, so we gave you more veges” HELLO??? You didn’t ask me if I wanted more veges or not and just decided for me, should’ve came to me beforehand and ask for replacement of other side dish or something, in the end asked me if I would like some fried potatoes in replacement to the fries, and I said yes.

FOOD IS JUST DISGUSTING I’ve gave this kopitiam multiple chances, I would say I’d ate there around 5-6 times, the food was already not that good from the start but this time was just too much for me.

Chicken chop arrived, covered in thick flour, really oily to eat, chicken texture not good, I knew they serve frozen food, but not until the point where it taste just pure disgusting. Some more forgot to give me my Thai Sauce that came with my order, and gave it to me after the staff didn’t see the sauce with my plate. Then, my potatoes finally arrived after 10 minutes of waiting, already half done with my plate. AND I HAVE TO TELL YOU THEY LOOKED DISGUSTING, like the kind of potatoes you found in the corner of the freezer and cut in different sized bits and just fried in overnight oil. THEY LOOK AND TASTE DISGUSTING, full of OIL, SOGGY, and MUSHY to the taste. TBH I ALMOST PUKED WHEN I SAW IT, TERRIBLE.

PRICE DOESNT MEET WITH FOOD QUALITY Their price is almost similar with other kinds of modern kopitiam like Secret Loc or Togather etc. BUT THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD IS JUST WAY OUT OF BALANCE.

I ordered this time: 1x Thai Style Chicken Chop 1x Teh C Ice

Final bill turned out to be RM26.85 incl. tax, which I think you could get much better quality food in other restaurants for same price or less!!!

IN SHORT, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL, BAD FOOD, BAD STAFF, AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Ordered Thai sauce fried chicken chop but no Thai sauce when the food was served. When we asked the boss at the counter, his answer was, “You’re not the only one with no Thai sauce. The table opposite you also have no Thai sauce.” What kind of reply is this? I was hoping at least inform us that you ran out of Thai sauce when we place order and not for us to realise the Thai sauce was missing when our food arrived. And at least maybe try asking if he can replace us with some other sauce? If he’s waiting for Thai sauce supplier for some time already, at least update in the online order menu that this item is not available. The other food was not delicious as we expected too. Decent Curry Noodles, if only it was not so salty. Coconut milk aroma was hardly noticeable. We believe dairy milk was used, the appearance suggested so too. Had to skip the sambal as it was already too salty.

Nasi Lemak Curry Ayam was quite good though with very good sambal. Char Siew Wanton noodles was good enough. Toast with Kaya Butter was decent with just about enough spread. The butter did not melt.

Prices were on the high side and the 10 % service charge made it a little worse. Ordering set lunches made it bearable with food and drinks at RM 15.90 before service charge.

Place was air conditioned and comfortable enough. Parking was not an issue on this visit.
