Total disappointment and not recommended if you're planning to order for events. Ordered fiesta box and was expecting 6 flavours but only 3 flavours were given. Compared against menu, they seem to have missed some ingredients from the sandwiches. Sandwiches were not sorted based on flavours and it's hard to tell which is which, this is very inconsiderate if the box is shared among people with dietary restrictions. Order process was also an issue. Website does not update the order status and this makes the tracking process difficult, i had to call to confirm that my order was processed. Delivery was badly handled, but to be fair, this is more of the 3rd party's issue than the restaurant's. However, for the delivery fee charged, i expect the delivery to be better managed. Extremely Disapointed - Never Again!

I ordered sandwiches from this shop for my son's school event, which was scheduled to start at 9:15 AM. I selected the delivery time between 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, thinking it would arrive well in advance. But the delivery was very late, and by the time it arrived, the event had already started.

I tried calling the shop multiple times, but they did not even bother to pick up. No updates, no apologies, just complete silence. Because of this delay, my son cried, and his part of the event was completely ruined.

This was supposed to be a special day, and the shop's lack of responsibility and poor service completely destroyed it. I will never order from this shop again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it too. If you value your time and peace of mind,...

I ordered from the company website and paid for it as well. But the website kept showing unpaid. So I paid it again. And still showed unpaid. The next day morning when it was supposed to be delivered, the order was rejected without prior notice despite paying for it TWICE! And when I called the customer service, she said payment never came in and then upon checking again, she confirmed that the payment came in TWICE. When I asked her to refund my second payment, she refused and said will only give me a cash voucher which I have to redeem within 2 months. SUCH A SCAM. Not your money to keep.
